Returns, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

 

At Artisans Rose many of our products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, vintage or made-to-order, and may be labeled as Final Sale. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are therefore limited and only accepted under specific conditions, as detailed below.

 

Returns Policy (Damage / Defect Only)

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective on delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Email [email protected] with the subject line:

    “Product Return – [Order/Invoice Number]”.

  • Send clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged/defective area
    • The full product
    • The original packaging and box used for shipping

 

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours
  • The product has been used, altered, or installed
  • Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing
  • The item was marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

 

If approved, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund/credit voucher, after inspection.

 

Exchange Policy

 

Exchanges are offered only if the delivered product is damaged or defective and a replacement unit is available.

  • If an identical item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or credit voucher.
  • Products that are one-of-a-kind or vintage cannot be exchanged for a different item unless agreed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellations Policy

    Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product hasn’t been shipped.
  • Custom-made items, international shipments, and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 

To cancel, email [email protected] with the subject line:

“Order Cancellation – [Order/Invoice Number]”

 

If the Order is Already Dispatched:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds

If a return or cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • In some cases, a credit voucher may be issued instead of a refund
  • Credit vouchers:
    • Are valid for 6 months
    • Can be used once, against an order of same or higher value
    • Are non-transferable and non-refundable

 

No refunds are provided for Final Sale, custom-made, or bulk orders unless defective.

 

International Orders (Outside India)

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers must pay for return shipping, customs charges, and re-shipping (if applicable)
  • Once the return is inspected and approved, a replacement, refund (if eligible), or voucher will be provided

 

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • One-of-a-kind vintage pieces
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

 

Packaging Requirement for Returns

 

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, barcodes, hardware, and accessories must be intact
  • Products must be unused and undamaged

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
