Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once you place an order after successfully paying in full on our website, we ensure that your order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product mentioned on the product page. We provide free delivery across India, and our prices are inclusive of shipping and logistics cost. Additional costs such as VAT, if and when applicable, will be added upon checkout before making payment and shall appear in your order confirmation page.
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears in the left hand side of our homepage. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our help desk on firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Track Order Status [your invoice number]”.
An email with the tracking number and the service provider will be sent to you after the order is shipped. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the logistics partner’s website and/or our website after API integration. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. Please note that the Track Order functionality may be available for one or all of our shipping partners, as per their organization.
Please ensure that the address where you’d like to accept the delivery is correctly mentioned when placing an order. We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the credit\debit card you use to pay for your order or you can specify an alternative delivery address in the ‘delivery address’ section of the checkout. Orders are typically dispatched the next working business day after the order is placed before 7pm IST. A working business day being Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
At Artisans Rose, we strive not only to deliver products in the fastest time possible but also ensure that they reach you in excellent condition. However, we cannot commit on the same. The delivery estimated time is mentioned as part of the product description page for each product.
Delivery lead time will vary depending on the products ordered. When you click on any product, on the right hand side there is a tab stating, “Check delivery estimate for your pin code”. You can enter your pin code in that tab and find out whether we deliver in your area and the expected delivery time for your product.
Once you receive the delivery of the product, you will be asked to sign a delivery form—whether you’ve paid for the product online by way of credit/debit card, net banking and/or Cash on Delivery—to confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage). Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will act as proof of delivery.
Should you be unavailable to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement. Our shipping partner will only attempt delivery thrice before shipping the product back to Artisans Rose’s warehouses. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In select situations, Artisans Rose reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will offer you an electronic credit voucher for the amount paid by you.
Artisans Rose shall chose carriers and delivery services according to the item’s weight, size and quantity to deliver your order. We always considerthe best value option for delivery based upon the combined item’s weight, size and quantity. All orders are dispatched via reputable carriers.
